Process:

We find Au Pair candidates based on family requirements and needs (personal & professional) and try to match the two for a quality Au Pair placement. Little Einstein’s has a network of external partnerships for finding the ideal Au Pair for your family.

 

Little Einstein’s ONLY works with Au Pairs who have an approved visa for travel to Canada. This reduces waste of finances and time for the family, while ensuring, we can deliver on our Au Pair promise.

 

Timeline:

With candidate due diligence, candidate profile assessments, extensive application, interview and background checks - we usually estimate 3-4 months before an Au Pair can travel and begin work with their Canadian family.

 

Important Facts:

​

• Must be paid local provincial minimum wage.

• Live-in is not mandatory.

• Au Pair must be between the ages of 18 and 30 (or 35 for some countries).

• Au Pairs can only be selected from a pre-approved list of countries. [See below].

• Au Pairs can work for any employer while in Canada. (For 2 years and can be renewed).

• Can be responsible for a variety child-related tasks to keep your kids happy, healthy, and your family running smoothly.
